• Call bookings: if you book a call through our Cal.com booking page, Cal.com collects the details you enter (such as your name, email and any notes) and we receive the resulting booking information.
• Plan builder choices: the options you tap in the "Build your plan" section stay in your browser. They are only shared if you click the booking button, in which case a short summary of your picks is added to the notes field of your booking.
• Direct messages: if you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include.
• Technical information: our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security and reliability, as is standard for most websites.

We do not collect payment information, government IDs or other sensitive personal data through this Site.

• To schedule and follow up on calls you book with us.
• To respond to enquiries sent to us directly.
• To keep the Site secure and understand how it performs.

We use Cal.com to power call booking. Cal.com processes the information you enter under its own privacy policy, and we encourage you to review it. Our hosting provider also processes technical data on our behalf.

The Site may link to other websites, including our parent studio BuildLaunch. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this Site. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.

We keep booking details and email correspondence only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal or accounting obligations. Booking information held by Cal.com follows Cal.com's own retention practices. Technical logs are kept by our host for a limited time.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email eny@buildlaunch.dev and we will respond promptly.

This Site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
