Eny is the AI advertising studio of BuildLaunch, a custom software and AI automation studio. This Site describes our ad creation services, showcases example work, and lets visitors book a call.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation, including through excessive automated requests or scraping beyond what our robots.txt allows.
• Use the booking or contact channels to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, videos, the Eny name and logo, and the design of the Site, is owned by BuildLaunch or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced or redistributed without our prior written consent.

Videos and images on this Site are created with AI tools. Brand names, products and people shown in sample visuals may be fictional, and any resemblance to real brands or individuals is coincidental. Names of AI tools and their logos belong to their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Names and businesses in the client results section may have been concealed for privacy. Results described are not a guarantee of future performance and will vary by product, budget, offer and market.

The interactive chart, budget slider and plan builder are illustrative tools. Their figures are estimates, not quotes, offers or guarantees. Any real project is priced and scoped separately and agreed with you before work begins.

Booking a call does not create an obligation for either side. Any paid project will be governed by a separate written agreement or order that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, revisions and usage rights.

This Site links to and embeds third-party services, including Cal.com for scheduling. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BuildLaunch will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this Site.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where BuildLaunch operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
